For some reason, my PLDT WEROAM wireless internet connection is not working. I do not have any service for a week now. I have called PLDT and was transferred back and forth from technical department to billing department several times, each time answering the same questions during the introduction phase. If they have no answer to my problem, they tell me to check the billing department/technical department. After the fourth transfer, I finally blew up. Now, my complaint is being transferred to a department that takes care of job orders, but as to when they will call me is still up in the air. So who knows when I can get connection again. Tomorrow, I will try something else.
Now, I am using a dial-up connection, using a prepaid card. I am just checking emails and trying to answer all of them. I apologize for not updating the site. Hope this will be resolved soon.
